The Greenwood Country Club was the setting for the banquet Saturday night. Elizabeth Brady was toastmistress, with the college welcome from the President, E. Don Herd, Jr. Mrs. Pharoah welcomed Epsilon Mu on behalf of Alpha Phi International, and Aileen Darby, president of Gamma Mu, welcomed Epsilon Mu on behalf of the collegians. The response was given by Jackie DeVore, president of Epsilon Mu.
Highlight of the evening was the talk by International President Betty Mullins Jones (Gamma-DePauw). The loving cup ceremony was conducted by Martha Watkins Mast (Beta Nu-Duke), Vice President Alumnae Organization.
Sunday morning service at the First Presbyterian Church was attended by the chapter and guests. The reception was held that afternoon at the Greenwood Woman’s Club. Elizabeth Brady conducted the chartering ceremony, Carolyne Kent presented the alumnae charter to alumnae president Jackie Rippy Johnson (Epsilon Mu-Lander).
