The Woman's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU) was a driving force in the prohibition of alcohol. Prominent Alpha Phi Frances Willard was president of the organization and became well known for her involvement with the WCTU.
This silver spoon features a globe at the top of the handle and an engraving of a church in the bowl. The spoon is tarnished.
