On April 22, 1990, Alpha Phi installed Theta Epsilon chapter at the State University of New York-Buffalo.
Participating in the Installation events were International Vice-Presidents Jan Henderson Prinz (Delta Epsilon-Iowa) and Colette Tyrrell Rankin (Alpha-Syracuse. Also in attendance were District Alumnae Coordinators Brenda Stejskal Munch (Delta-Cornell) and Mary Ann Matyas (Zeta Chi-Columbia). Installation Chairman Gail Seih coordinated the weekend events, culminating with a reception honoring the new chapter. Dennis Black, Dean of Student Affairs, welcomed Alpha Phi to the campus.
