Kappa Iota was the first chapter installed via Zoom. After only one semester on campus COVID-19 arrived and campus ended up virtual, like so many others. After many attempts to reschedule the in-person event, it was decided to hold the initiation and installation virtually. Jacqueline Schools (Eta Lambda-George Mason) initiated the members and installed the chapter. 38 new Alpha Phis were initiated. Parents, Colorado alumnae, university guests and official family of Alpha Phi were invited.
